Our admissions process gives us the opportunity to get to know your child, understand their learning journey and prepare the right support for their transition into our community.

- All nationalities are welcome. Admission is non-selective and subject to availability at the relevant year level.
- Non-native English speakers may be required to take an English proficiency or placement assessment. English as an Additional Language support is available.

Pay the Application Fee
A non-refundable and non-transferable application fee of THB 10,000 per child is payable at the time of application. Available payment methods include:
- QR transfer
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
Applicable bank or card-processing charges may apply.
Payment of the application fee allows the application to proceed for review. It does not guarantee admission or reserve a place at the school.
Application Review
The complete application is reviewed by the school’s Academic Board.
The review considers the child’s age, educational background, learning profile, language capabilities and the support the school can provide. Our Admissions team may contact you if further information or a conversation with the child’s current school is required.
Assessment, if required
Children applying for Year 1 and above will be invited to complete an age-appropriate assessment. A THB 5,000 assessment fee applies.
The assessment helps our educators understand the child’s current learning profile, strengths, and areas where support may be beneficial.
Younger applicants may be invited to a get-to-know session for our educators to know more about you and your child.
Application Outcome
Following the review, families will receive one of the following:
- A Letter of Offer
- A Letter of Conditional Offer
- A request for further information or assessment
- Notification that the school is unable to offer a place at that time
Accept the offer
To secure the placement, families must:
- Sign and return the required enrolment documents
- Pay the non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee
The place is secured only after the school has received the required documents and payments.
Prepare for the First Day
Once enrolment is confirmed, families will receive information about orientation, uniforms, meals, transportation and preparations for the child’s first day. Our team will work closely with the family to support a confident and positive transition into the EtonHouse International School Bangkok community.

Admission is based on a holistic review of each child and the school’s ability to support a successful learning experience.
Age and Year-Level Placement
The child should meet the age guidance for the intended year level. Previous schooling and developmental readiness may also be considered when determining placement.
Educational Background
School reports and information from previous schools help our educators understand the child’s experience, progress and learning styles.
English Language Profile
As English is the main language of instruction, the school will consider the level of language support the child may require. Where appropriate and available, the school may recommend additional language support.
Student and Family Participation
We value open communication and a shared commitment to the child’s education. Families are expected to provide complete and accurate information and to work constructively with the school throughout the admissions process and after enrolment.

What age groups does EtonHouse Bangkok accept?
EtonHouse Bangkok welcomes applications from Nursery through Year 4, with older age levels available in the near future. Placement is guided by the child’s age, previous educational experience and developmental readiness.
When should we apply?
Families are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Applications may be considered throughout the academic year, subject to availability in the appropriate year level.
Can my child join during the academic year?
Yes. We understand that internationally mobile families may relocate at any time of the year. Our rolling admissions process allows students to join at any time throughout the academic year, subject to availability at the appropriate year level.
Our educators will support your child’s transition into their new class and school community. Where applicable, tuition fees are prorated weekly according to the number of weeks remaining in the academic term.
Is a school tour required before applying?
No, it is not required, but we welcome you to visit the campus to experience the learning environment, meet our team and discuss whether EtonHouse International School Bangkok is the right fit for your child.
Does my child need to complete an assessment?
Applicants for Year 2 and above complete an age-appropriate assessment to help the school understand their learning profile.
Younger children may be invited to a family meeting or get-to-know-you session rather than a formal assessment.
What is a conditional offer?
A conditional offer means that the child may be admitted subject to specified requirements. These may include additional documentation, language support, learning support or another condition identified during the review.
Are the application, registration and assessment fees refundable?
No. The THB 10,000 application fee, THB 200,000 registration fee and, where applicable, the THB 5,000 assessment fee are non-refundable and non-transferable.
